He wanted to share the delicious, nutritious, healthful and Low Glycemic snacks and desserts he developed to address his health challenges. His synergistic recipes include up to 6 ingredients shown in clinical trials to have helped improve cholesterol. The most important ingredients in Smarter Cookies, chosen because of their research-proven benefits, are whole grain and organic.

We are very excited to add three delicious vegan cookies to our existing line. Two of them are nearly identical in flavor our Original (Chocolate Chip) and the Peanut Butter. In addition we now offer an innovative Oatmeal Walnut Date Raisin cookie. Cooking without eggs, the most reliable binding agent in baking, created just our kind of challenge. Fortunately our search lead us to ground flax seed. The quantity of information available about the health benefits of ground flax seed is truly amazing. Suffice it to say we are excited both to be offering three cookies that honor the Vegan Ethos of eating or using no animal products and that contain three ingredients proven in clinical trials, when consumed at appropriate levels, to lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol.
